As a virtual enthusiast, Brea has developed skills and intuitions to help break through the virtual stigma. With over 1000 hours of producing experience, she understands the importance of providing quality support, instilling facilitator confidence, and promoting audience engagement.
Brea has a background in photography and film, which enhances her ability to create successful online experiences. She is certified in Adobe Connect, Zoom, MS Teams, and Webex.

Noah Bouton
Years of production experience brought Noah to The Virtual Hive as both a facilitator and producer who actively instills confidence and success in both facilitators and producers alike.
As a fanatic of the digital world, Noah has developed skills and intuitions to help break through the virtual stigma. With over 500 individual sessions of production experience totaling over 1000 hours, he knows the power and clarity that comes with providing quality technical support, bolstering facilitator confidence, and facilitating participant interaction.
Noah has a background in IT technical support, customer service, and facilitation, which supplements his ability to create successful virtual and hybrid events. He is certified in AdObe Connect, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, and Webex.

With an impressive 13-year career as a Virtual Producer, Julien is a seasoned professional in the art of orchestrating seamless virtual experiences. His proficiency spans the technical and interpersonal aspects of the role, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for clients and participants alike. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Julien brings a multicultural dimension to his work, facilitating effective communication in a globalized environment.
David Rotermund
With a mindset for serving others so they can grow and succeed from their experience in virtual learning David is driven to collaborate with his facilitators and support the learners. Bringing a calming and friendly demeanor to each session helps him to set a tone for a productive and memorable learning setting. As a consummate team player and intent on providing a quality customer experience , he strives to ensure attendees leave a session with “a win.”
Darian (Dee) Hester
Dee has 10+ years in the IT/Technology world. He also have years of experience as a Trainer in person as well as virtually. On top of 10+ years of customer service, Dee is a huge gamer and a big runner. (Previous cross-country runner lol).
Taylor Bouton
Taylor is seasoned producer has over 6 years of producing and facilitator experience and a love of content creation. With multiple years of enterprise IT experience Taylor has the knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot any issue and offer creative workarounds. When Taylor is not in front of an electronic device he loves being outdoors and is an avid rockclimber, runner, obstacle course racer, and American Ninja Warrior (The Nerdy Ninja).

Being a top Virtual Producer in the industry, Jodie Palmer is dedicated to delivering a professional and personalized virtual or hybrid event. Her secret sauce is preparation, flexibility, and a toolbox full of options.
Christy Watkins
Christy Watkins is a natural virtual producer. Her skill in technology, attention to detail, and value for customer service are the perfect combination for high-level support with a personal touch. To balance her expertise producing virtual events she is an expert on the court as a pickleball coach.

An enthusiastic producer with an outgoing personality and a passion for creating great virtual environment experiences. My hobbies include numismatics, tabletop gaming, playing music and spending time outdoors. Currently residing in Allendale, Michigan just outside of Grand Rapids.
